Channel 4 is a British free-to-air public-service television network. Its headquarters are in London, with a national headquarters in Leeds and creative hubs in Glasgow and Bristol.

The Requirements

•     10GB Palo Alto Firewall Migration Project
•     Audit of rack location, space, and power
•     Write Low-level design document and physical site visit
•     Fortinet VDOM and Palo Alto Firewall policy migration
•     Replace the existing Palo Alto firewall to support the 10G links

The Solution

•     Working with the project manager and plan the cutover ensuring no downtime
•     Plan pre, and post-stage migration activities
•     Crated the Level design documents and updated the diagrams
•     Site visit over the weekend for Full Migration to the 10G links
•     Writing the full change, presented to CAB for approval and implemented in the HA environment for a seamless cutover
