Yes, the voucher for one attempt at the certification exam is included.

Yes, the Job Guarantee Program has specific start dates for both Full-Time and Part-Time options. Please refer to our Program schedule for the upcoming start dates.

The Job Guarantee Program follows a structured schedule with planned breaks and holidays. These details will be provided to enrolled participants prior to the start of the Program.

Switching between the Full-Time and Part-Time Job Guarantee Programs is subject to availability and Program policies. Requests for such changes should be discussed with our Program coordinators.

Any missed sessions or absences may affect the Program duration. However, recorded videos of live sessions are provided for review. Please inform our Program coordinators in advance if you anticipate any absences.

The Part-Time Job Guarantee Program follows a predetermined schedule to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Participants are encouraged to plan their schedules accordingly to accommodate the Program sessions.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, direct debit, and online payment platforms like PayPal.

No, there are no additional fees for using our payment plans. The total cost remains the same, except for the upfront payment discounts offered.

Refund policies vary depending on the Program. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on eligibility and the refund process.

Yes, there is a 10% discount for paying 100% upfront. Additionally, a 5% discount is offered for paying 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% spread over 10 monthly installments.

We offer three payment plans:

  • 100% Upfront: Pay the entire amount upfront and receive a 10% discount.
  • 50% Upfront: Pay 50% of the total cost upfront and receive a 5% discount. The remaining 50% is paid over 10 monthly installments.
  • 20% Upfront: Pay 20% of the total cost upfront with no discount. The remaining 80% is paid over 10 monthly installments.

If you miss an installment payment, please contact our finance department immediately to discuss your situation and find a solution. Late payments could result in suspension of your enrollment until the payment is made.

Yes, you can pay off the remaining balance early without any penalties. Please contact our finance department to arrange early repayment.

Installment amounts are calculated by dividing the remaining balance after the upfront payment by the number of months in the payment plan (10 months).
