IT Fundamentals & CompTIA+ sessions are only available on two consecutive Saturdays due to limited availability. Upon completion, you can proceed to the MS Bootcamp, where you'll have the flexibility to choose your session days.
Congratulations on finishing the MS Bootcamp! The next step is to book your MD-102 exam. Please inform our Support Team of your preferred date and time for the exam, and they will assist with booking. Once completed, you’ll move on to the pre-recruitment phase.
All training sessions are conducted online via the MS Teams app. There are no on-campus sessions; all lectures, discussions, and support are virtual.
Yes, we encourage keeping your camera on during sessions. This helps with interaction, builds confidence, and fosters a more engaging learning environment.

You should attend the IT Support Industry Master Classes after passing the MD-102 exam, usually during the Pre-recruitment or Recruitment stage.
Attendance at a minimum of one Master Class is required, but you’re welcome to attend additional sessions to enhance your skills.
