To book a session, please email us at support@fortray.com with your preferred times and agenda. We’ll review available slots and arrange your session accordingly.

To speak with your Career Counsellor, contact our support team by phone or email, and they will refer you to your designated Counsellor.

If you need to reschedule, please email us at support@fortray.com with your new available date and time, and we’ll rearrange the meeting for you.

When emailing us, please use a subject line with your Name | Enrolled Program | Brief Concern. Include detailed information in the body of the email, and if needed, attach images, screenshots, or short videos to clarify the issue.

We offer dedicated Lab support sessions where you can ask questions directly to your trainer for assistance with lab tasks.

If videos are freezing, try the following:

  • Ensure your device meets the minimum hardware requirement (Core i5, 6th Gen or higher).
  • Update your browser and clear the cache.

  • Check for and install any Windows updates.

For one-on-one sessions with trainers, team members, management, or senior staff, we’ll discuss your case with the management team and get back to you promptly.

No worries! You can catch up by watching the session recordings, which are regularly uploaded to the LMS after each session.
