If you’re facing health challenges, we offer the option to hold your program for a period of 3 months. Please contact customer care to discuss the necessary steps to initiate the hold.
You can continue with training, self-learning, and live classes from any location. The placement process, however, will be deferred until you return to the UK.
We understand financial constraints may arise, and you may request a hold on the program or payment for 1 to 2 months (available only for GoCardless/Viva payments). Contact customer care to review eligibility and arrange this option.
If you are familiar with the course content, you can complete it within a week, pass the exam, and proceed directly to the recruitment process. Reach out to discuss any prerequisites before accelerating your course.
While you can hold the program, we are unable to hold payments. For any special arrangements, please contact customer support.
Please note that if you choose to withdraw after obtaining employment, no refunds will be provided.
If you’ve completed more than 20% of the program, program changes are generally not permitted. Exceptions may be made with approval from Senior Management. If you’re under 20% completion, program changes are possible.
