We ask for proofs / if they provide we need to check the severity of the case. For partialrefund otherwise we dont refund in such cases.

We usually propose 2 solution:

• To refer someone.
• Hold the programme/payment.

We can only hold go cardles / viva payments not the knoma or reed payment.

If the candidate fall in 14 days we try to convience them.

If they dont fall in 14 days we see his/her hellosign document and let them know they are not eligible.

Provide them with again 2 option:

• Refer to someone.
• Or hold the programme for max 2 months.

If the person completed more the 20% programme we cannot change the programme.

But in some cases if the case is critical then we need approval from Mazhar.

If candidate fall under 20% we can change.

We recently dealt with one case where candidate wants to book his md 102 exam which we cant because of not meeting te requirement of 60% should be completed before sitting in exam.

If the case is critical we adjust them saying that we will book your exam but before you have to clear the 60%.

So we check the crm first along with notes looking his background after that we propose him different courses.

We ask them to finish in a week with exam will forward them to recruitment process so we can get tem job without wasting time.

First we check percentage of the course he completed, then we check details accounts if he is from go cardless then we can hold for max 2 months along with course if he is fromany other finance provider like reed or divide buy.

We provide them with 2 options:

• Option 1 - Hold for 3 month and we will add £150/Month to your existing remaining payment.
• Option 2 - Reduce the Monthly instalments but add 250 on top of it.
